Ana handled and took care of all our needs. As first time home buyers she made the process very smooth for us. Any questions we had in regards to the steps of the process, questions about the area, community, schools, bus service, helping us find a reasonable price home inspector, she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer our questions. If she didn't have an answer at that moment she would research and get back to us either that same day or the next day.

My husband was very picky when it came to finding the right house. I believe Ana may have showed us at least 28 houses. She was so patient with us. Even when she saw me getting frustrated she would always say, "It's going to be ok, we're going to find your home. As stressful as it was at times she always had a pleasant personality, never showed any signs of being impatient. She made us smile and laugh on numerous occasions which really helped. Even after 20 houses she never changed she kept the same professional attitude and communication.

I have heard a lot bad experience with purchasing a home. I'm thankful we didn't have to experience any of it. The only hard thing for us was picking 1 home. There was 1 thing we was unaware of that Ana informed of us that helped us financially. That was receiving money from the Mortgage Company in addition to the seller.
